She was willing and able to meet us at almost any time on any day, whether planned in advance or spur of the moment. She didn't bat an eye when we wanted to see a house a second time, even though we had originally rejected that particular home.

Words that come to mind: organized, compassionate, intuitive, thorough, responsible, fun, and professional. Buying your first house (or any house, I imagine) can be an incredibly stressful and emotional process, and I am the kind of person who asks many questions. Juliann was able to provide thorough answers, very quickly. She worked extremely well with my lender and inspector. Most importantly, I felt that Juliann was the rock that I needed during such a huge transaction. The transition to home ownership was extremely smooth, and Juliann was there for me every step of the way. Oh -- and I bought the BEST HOUSE EVER.

(June 21, 2018, 9:32 am)We met Juliann in February and shared with her our plans to live in Olympia after retirement. At that time we fell in love with the NW neighborhood and had a long list of 'things we'd like in our next home'. In mid-May, we moved into temporary housing in Olympia and by the first week in June were under contract with our dream home! During the bidding period (which was new to us) we followed Juliann's advice and her best kept secret, lo and behold, our offer was the one selected! Juliann was professional and fun to work with during what could have been a stressful period. The best outcome was not only finding a house but finding a life long friend in the process! E and J
