  David and Tammy both worked so hard to help my wife and I find our home. I can confidently say that without them we wouldn't have been able to find our perfect first home. They worked around our busy schedules, in fact I don't think we went into the office during "business hours" during the entire process. At no time did I feel pressured, and I learned a lot with having every question answered. We will definitely be return customers.

  David and his wife Tammy were extremely helpful in our search for our new home in Grants Pass!! David is very knowledgeable and as we went through properties, would point out and potential issues to be aware of... They both are very professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. Even after the closing, David has made himself available and keeps in contact to make sure everything is working out and to help us settle in to life here. We highly recommend them both.   David was a calming voice in the storm. Buying/selling real estate doesn't seem to agree with me and a good part of David's role was keeping me from panicking. He kept me informed of what was done and needed to be done and what to watch for. The start to finish search to close went without a hitch and I thank him for that. Should I choose to enter the home buying arena again I will call David.

  We used David West as our realtor. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the process of buying our house. I will say my wife and I were very pleased and very happy with his professionalism and hands on approach. He kept us well informed through the entire process. We recommend David to all of our friend and family. He tries to make the process as easy as he can in todays market. I really enjoyed his personal attitude always on the positive side of things.
