Oregon. Especially helpful was the setting up of multiple homes to tour, so we could get the most value from our travel time while juggling work schedules. Allie went the extra mile to video more details about a potential home, helping us decide if it were worth the trip to see it. The home ended up being the one right for us. Patie helped us put in an offer that was immediately accepted. As we get settled and reflect on the entire experience, we couldn't be happier with Patie and her friendly team.

I chose Patie not only because of a recommendation from a friend, but because Patie was the one who saw the unique appeal of my house that others missed. The other realtors lowballed their estimates of my house's worth by tens of thousands of dollars because of its small size. They failed to appreciate the added value of my large, carefully landscaped lot, which is what ultimately sold the house. Patie has great instincts, great bargaining skills, and understands that not all buyers are looking for the same things

We had our home on the market with another agent and it didn’t sell so we hired Patie to sell our home for us. They sold it quickly for a good price and her team was great at coordinating the escrow and getting to a successful close. We also bought our new home from Patie and her Team. Her husband Rob did a great job showing us properties. We would use them again but hopefully we won’t move for a long time. We can highly recommend them. They are very smart, responsive and professional and one of the top real estate teams in the state.
