(June 4, 2018, 8:13 am)I’ve always had a great experience at the West Branch Animal Clinic. Our beloved family cat was injured incredibly badly yesterday (Sunday night) and our local vet was unavailable. We made a call to West Branch and Dr. Samuelson was able to see us immediately. We appreciate beyond words that we were able to be seen and our Mr. Whiskers was able to be sent to kitty heaven and have his pain ended. Thank you so much for your incredible dedication to your clients.

(October 4, 2017, 12:08 pm)We had a great experience with Dr. Klein and our aging blue healer. She was efficient but took the time to listen and answer all of our questions. Her bedside manner was both frank and empathetic—exactly what we needed making some hard decisions about our dog’s health. We’ll definitely bring our pets to her again.
