These wonderful ladies were exceptionally patient with our process--we put in offers on multiple homes over the course of a few months. The Messa Group was an incredible group to work with. My wife and I looked into selling our house in April. We had Alecia and Kris come over and give us there best suggestions to get the best value for our house. By May we had everything done and the house was on the market. The following week we had multiple offers over our asking price. 6 months later we worked with them again to start looking for out next house. They were great about finding us the perfect house with all... our requirements we wanted in our new house.
The Messa Group was awesome. They got us top dollar for our home and negotiated a very fair price for the one we purchased. We loved the level of communication throughout the whole process.
We recently purchased our home with Alicia and Kris. We cannot say enough about how much we appreciated their expertise. Alicia was fantastic! We informed her of our needs and time-frame. Within a week we had made an offer on a great house. She fought for all those little important things that are bound to come up when buying a home. She handled everything with such care and professionalism. It was very important to her to make sure that we were happy, and did what she could to ease any stresses. We feel very lucky to have found her!
