He and his associates are the experts when it comes to property closings especially coops. Ryan explained every clause in the contract in a way that is fun and easy to understand, He represented us with our best interest in mind. Francisco is so awesome! He kept us updated with the progress of the sale and coordinated everything. Edyta is so wonderful and very thorough. I will gladly recommend the Ryan J Walsh firm to any home buyer.

(December 22, 2016, 7:03 pm)I have utilized this law firm twice, first for the purchase of my condo and then again for the recent purchase of my house. The quality of their service is outstanding. I worked with Melissa both times. I appreciated how thoroughly she would explain my contracts and the legality of issues that arose in both sales. Not only was Melissa amazing at explaining and helping me understand things, but so was the entire team that supported me - Ryan, Jonathan, Francisco, and Edyta. T...hey worked efficiently and, like an attorney should, always worked to represent my best interests. My second deal was particularly stressful for me, and they not only helped me through the legal steps, but also provided comfort, support, and laughs. Edyta attended my closing and really worked to make sure that clear written agreements were made in order to protect me after closing. I can't say enough about how I really appreciate the entire team for offering me great support through 2 of my biggest life events! I highly recommend them.

(September 5, 2016, 12:28 pm)Melissa Ruvio, our real estate lawyer, was competent, professional, and friendly. Neither my wife nor myself have any legal expertise, so Ms. Ruvio’s calm and careful approach to explaining things to us was very much appreciated. During the home-buying process, all sorts of various documents need to be generated and sent to various parties, and they typically needed to go through the Walsh law office. Ms. Ruvio and her team always made sure that everything got in on time, and... frequently went above and beyond the call of duty to make that happen. One example of Ms. Ruvio going to bat for us was at the closing table, when Ms. Ruvio ensured that the seller sign documents promising to repair the apartment’s kitchen sink. Had Ms. Ruvio not been our advocate in this and other situations, the home-buying process would not have gone as smoothly as it did. Thank you, Melissa Ruvio and the whole Walsh team for helping my wife and I buy the home of our dreams.
