I have not been to a chiropractor since I started working with her as her structural integration work, truly does just that. I highly recommend her, if you are looking for bodywork that will last and keep you stable and centered to move in this crazy world. She is worth it!!

After reading about Rolfing, it made complete sense, then I had my first appointment! Mira is AMAZING! It almost feels miraculous. After having Mira align my body structurally with Rolfing techniques the first appointment, I was walking straighter, my foot that since childhood would angle inward was straight for the first time!

I'm not the kind of person that spends my money on things that don't work or go back to businesses if they're not top notch. Mira is friendly and professional and she keeps her appointments. As a disabled veteran she has helped me with my mobility and pain issues and it truly makes a difference seeing her on a regular basis. She is a quality human being and does her job with pride!

Mira is the best and she goes beyond the scheduled time to address any issues you are having. At times the process is painful but the laughter gets you thru it. Would highly recommend.

I completed the rolfing 10 series with her and I not only feel better with less pain, but she changed my posture in what seems like a miraculous way! Got a sports injury?
