  I have worked with Chad and Nick. They know what they are doing. Period. I have been working in the fitness industry for many years, and have been to many clubs and gyms. These trainers put proper form and technique first. Special attention is given to make sure all movements are being done in a non-injurious way. Modifications are always offered. I highly recommend checking out ProFitness, if you haven't already done so.

  Chad has created a fun, safe and encouraging environment for everyone from beginners to serious athletes. This gym has a very healthy vibe and zero intimidation factor. Classes and clients are diverse and the staff is knowledgeable. It’s a great place to test your personal limits or just get back into the fitness game if you’re like me.

  I have been training at ProFitness Northwest for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. The coaches are really knowledgeable, encouraging, and hold safe movement as a top priority. I have gotten so much stronger and look forward to training with all of the friendly fellow members every time I go. The facility itself is top notch and always really clean. If you’re looking for a clean, well-organized, supportive, challenging, and safe place to train, this is it!

  I have now been training with Chad for 8 years. Though my priorities change, my work schedule becomes more hectic, Chad is there to alter my training routine to suit my needs, keep me accountable and keep me motivated. Whether you are an athlete or never worked out a day in your life, a student or a business professional working 50 hours a week, old or young. I would strongly recommend you talk to Chad at ProFitness Northwest and start achieving your goals.
