Poor communication I was told multiple times I would be called back the "next day" and the call never came. 2. Dishonesty... Inaccurate hours recorded on invoice. New invoice sent after complaint with NO explanation. 3. Poor Customer Service Came back out to fix work that was not done right the first time, and after completion sent another invoice. Called to discuss new invoice and employee seemed disinterested other than to charge me.

(June 29, 2014, 12:33 pm)The good: Great job providing what I thought was a first draft of plan layout after collection $300 The bad: Very hard to reach and horrible follow up. I guess meeting 3 times to work out the details was too much for them. We are very disappointed as I saw examples of very good work, but I guess it is their way or no way as I have been waiting over a month for a contract with the updates that I requested. I realize it is the busy season for them, but there was no setting of expectation about when they would be able able to deliver. I heard tomorrow or Monday after each meeting, but there was no follow up contact. Which is too bad as we were serious in moving forward. Apparently they didn't think so.
