She’s very kind, she cares about the customers needs... she greets the customer right away, asks how she can help, and if they are looking for a particular spa, she points them in the right direction. If they don’t know, she lets them look around... no pressure. We have always felt comfortable with Jamie, and I only want to see her when I go to the Vancouver store. She has a great sense of humor and always has a smile on her face. I have seen her with other coworkers and she’s always professional. I only hope, and pray, she stays at the Vancouver store.

Even took time to return calls or texts on her personal days off. Had a small jet trim ring get kicked off and Terry Lynch came out today to repair and warranty, no questions asked. Excellent service from both sales staff, delivery, and repairs so far ????????

(July 6, 2018, 7:48 pm)Oh man. This service person was great! My daughter opened the front door wide open and 3 large dogs jumped this man. My daughter thought it was her sister....I am soooo sorry. Anyways, after that start he was able to fix my hot springs hot tub and then called to let me know the problem. He also asked if I needed any other supplies which I did. He was great. Thank you so very much for having such understanding employees.

He really takes pride in his job and will go above and beyond for his customers to make sure they get the best deal possible. He was very patient with all of our many questions. I would highly recommend this store and if you want a motivated and zero pressure salesmen Issac is the guy to see.
