She arrived with comps, proceeded to go through all of them, toured our home asked all the right questions and was very energetic. She sent someone to clean the gutters and the roof, a cleaning person to touch up before the open house and delivered the most professional brochures we’ve ever seen. For the open house Michelle also had a loan officer available, in case someone hadn’t been prequalified and wanted to put in an offer. Our house was listed late on a Thursday and Michelle had it sold the following Monday. You can’t beat Michelle’s energy and determination to see your dreams come true. Thank you Michelle, you truly are a a top notch Realtor!
