What If I'm Not Flexible Enough? What If I'm not Strong Enough? You Are Enough! We are all enough. But even on a less spiritual note, a lack of flexibility or strength means that yoga can only help. There is no standardized point at which we are ready to start yoga. Yoga is for everyone, which is why I love teaching privately--to help make yoga accessible, and challenging to every body, no matter the starting point. My Teaching Philosophy Benefits of Private Classes As a teacher, I meet students where they are. I ask students what they would like to get out of their yoga practice and listen to their desires and fears. I believe that a willingness to show up to the mat and yourself will get you wherever you want to go. I customize private classes to the needs of each student and can focus on various aspects of asana (learning the basics, dealing with an injury, developing a home practice, moving deeper into your practice), create a deeply restorative practice, meditation, or any combination.
