We were looking for someone who would shoot us straight but also have a positive outlook in an incredibly competitive buying market. We started out working with him when we were just barely "testing the waters" and weren't even in a place to buy yet due to another property that had to sell first in another state. That didn't deter him at all and over the close to one year period he continued to help us look and never once d...id we feel that he was frustrated or pushy with us. When we finally found "the one" that is when Kimo truly shined. I dare say he missed an opportunity for a career in the police force with all the detective work he did to help us get an edge and reach mutual acceptance. I am 100% positive that it is because of his hard work and honest advice that I am currently writing this from my beautiful new home! I would recommend him to anyone in the Seattle area looking for an awesome realtor!
