Her strategy and knowledge of the local area were crucial to our success. Her wise counsel resulted in our house selling faster than other home in our neighborhood listed at a similar time, and at a higher price. What's more impressive is that she assisted us with the sale of our home while we were living overseas. Jenn built a rapport with the tenants occupying our house and made them a part of the team working towards the sale.

We spoke with many local realtors, and were thankful to have connected with Jenn when we did. She is professional, practical, knowledgeable, and available. We started our process from out of the country, and she was always quick with friendly and informative responses to any questions from the very beginning. She objectively sought out any information we needed, guided us through every... step of the way, and never hesitated to take the extra time to explain each and every part of the process. Jenn went above and beyond throughout our whole experience, including accommodating our crazy schedule - she helped us view more homes in a day than we thought possible when we first arrived so we could hit the ground running! She truly made us and our search a priority, and as a result we are safely and happily settled in the perfect home for us - which is not easy in a crazy market! We consider ourselves lucky to have seen Jenn in action and are thrilled with the awesome service and wonderful experience we shared in buying our first home! Cannot recommend her service enough!

(September 19, 2017, 6:23 am)We were looking at homes and land for our retirement home. We met Jenn at one of the open houses we attended during that time. Jenn was very helpful even though we weren't interested in that particular home. A few weeks later we found another home we were interested in and remembered Jenn for her helpfulness and called her for a viewing. Again, she was so knowledgeable and helpful that we were really impressed and continued to call on her for showings and expertise. When we ...finally found the right one, Jenn helped us purchase a piece of land. This was a semi-developed property so there were a few more steps involved for the purchase. The transaction was also quite difficult for a number of reasons beyond our, or Jenn's control. But Jenn stayed pleasant and positive and guided us expertly through all the ups and downs. Because of her integrity, knowledge and perseverance, we asked her to sell our rental property next. She really put a lot of marketing effort into it even though it was a small property. Sure enough, the house was sold in 3 days! The sales process wasn’t easy as there were a number of repair items required. But Jenn stayed on top of all of them and even found a great contractor to do one of the more difficult repairs. I would highly recommend Jenn for either a sale or purchase

(September 13, 2017, 11:43 am)We purchased our lake view dream property in Late June. It was the first and only home we looked at. We fell in love INSTANTLY & Jenn got our offer out immediately. She was incredible. Jenn was available literally 24/7 to answer any questions we had & always responded almost immediately. I think one of the things we appreciated the most, was that Jenn has a very down to earth way about her. She was not pushy at all, treated us like her good friend (Funny thing is, we HAVE become great friends!) and our needs/wants were the only thing foremost on her mind. I would highly recommend her.
