I just love these people! Dr. Hart and Dr. Hohne are so kind, competent and caring with all of my animals.

I'm not a customer, but I love what they do for Josh and his critters. They have a heart of gold. What I've seen unfold these past couples days just melts my heart. I love them for what there doing for animals, especially CHARLIE THE CAT. A cat that came off the street and needed immediate care, with no hesitation they cared for him!!!! I've been giving donations for CHARLIE and the ladies are all sweet and beautiful. Thank you East Valley Veterinary Clinic, for helping God's creatures and to Josh and his Critters too!
We take all our pets here. Cats and dogs. We had to put a few of our fur babies down and everyone was very compassionate. The Dr. and the staff have always been kind and knowledgeable. The staff have always been great at getting me an appointment. Wait times can be long but when it’s been my turn the Dr has literally sat on the floor with my pets and talked to me and I’ve never felt rushed or that we weren’t important. They are reasonably priced. I love Dr. Hohne and all the ladies at the front. I trust them with all my animals!
HORRIBLE experience today July 18th and our appt was at 2.00 pm. Our aging dog needed attention badly. We made the appt and were there on time. We waited in the exam room for at least an hour and no-one came to give us any information as to when Dr. Hahn would be seeing us. After the nurse took an initial report from us we waited...and waited....and waited..... NOTHING! Lots of doors slamming which frightened our dog - one of the sad things that happens with an older dog.... We went out front at least three times to inquire about time and status and were pretty much ignored by all and sundry. No apology, no offer of another vet to see our dog....just ignored! We left and when I went to the front desk to tell them that we were upset the younger girl - full figured brunette with her hair scraped back in a ponytail - looked at me blankly and said 'okay' and just shrugged .... it was the most unconscionable attitude I have ever encountered and in my opinion she is unemplyable! We understand that there may be an emergency with another animal....but to be just abandoned and then treated that way with no explanation is gobsmacking! Not even an apology. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in my 62 years. We have taken our seriously ill dog to another vet whose staff are decent and kind and maybe they appreciate our business....because that is what your office is....a business! EPIC failure and put our dog through unnecessary stress along with everything else he is dealing with.
