(October 5, 2018, 1:08 pm)Brock's loaded a Uhaul for me on 10/2. They were supposed to arrive at 1pm but didn't come until 9pm and worked until 3am. They only called once and Edward has horrible communication with you. They don't show up and don't call.

Edward quoted me a price via a phone call. 4 days before the moving day and the closing of my house we spoke and he informs me the price would be thousands more than what he quoted me. This is a total scam trying to have people at the last minute who need to move out of a house to be stuck with having to pay a higher price. I refused to pay the higher amount and still do not have a mover only a few days before my closing. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau. Based off of my experience and all of the other reviews I don't see how this company is still in business. Do not use!!

(August 15, 2017, 10:22 pm)Edward, the owner, is childish, unprofessional and a compulsive liar. I've wasted 2 days of pay waiting on him. Now he states he will not do business with any of us but still refuses to deliver our items. He's also tried to double/over charge the elderly couple who's things he has. (confirmed he cashed the check with his bank). Would highly recommend you stay clear of this business!

(July 15, 2017, 2:42 pm)My wife and I moved from Portland Oregon to Sioux City Iowa in the early spring of 2017. When we were finally ready to pack and move Brock showed up on time and worked all day and most of the night packing our furniture. We arrived on April 19 and per our agreement Brock's was to arrive two weeks later. I am pleased to say they showed up on the eighth day and within 36 hours had unloaded all of our furniture. There was no loss and no damage there weren't even any scratches on... a very expensive custom-made bedroom set. Edmund Simon, the owner of Brock's kept us informed as to their progress and was friendly and respectful and hard-working. His crew were some of the hardest working men I have ever seen and treated our furniture as if it were their own.
