(March 21, 2018, 8:40 pm)Brought my almost 1 year old in for her first haircut and Shelby was amazing with her! Our consultation was what I expect from any great stylist. She listened to our hair goals, put on a fun movie, and executed the perfect little cut for my daughter. Great atmosphere, my preschooler had fun on the train table as baby sis was being pampered. The only reason I took away a star is the receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed annoyed as she was ringing us up. ????????♀️

(September 1, 2016, 1:40 pm)I like the hairstylist that I bring my son to see, but if the receptionist is going to be rude every time I come in (and it's not just me and my son I've seen her be rude to), I might not come back. If you don't like your job then go somewhere else. If you are having a bad day, check it before you start your job. I have over 15 years of customer service experience and I don't appreciate it when I am payin for a service for someone else to be rude to me OR MY SON.
