While the home we purchased was new construction, there were some issues. Melissa worked closely with the builder & his project manager to ensure all items were remedied. She is a champ! As first time home buyers we were intimidated by the home buying process. Melissa took the time to review everything with us step by step prior to our search and guided us through everything as we started the process.
